Consultation Options

1) In - Person: You are welcome to visit us at Nero Hair Salon for a hair consultation. You will be able to meet our team of experts,  enjoy our salon, and get precise feedback as to the best way to treat your hair! 

2) Virtual - Facetime: We are completely comfortable meeting with you over Facetime for your hair consultation. You will speak with Joseph who will walk you through an extensive, professional, and insightful consultation experience! 

Consultation Details

Step 1: Test & Analyze - We will test and analyze your hair to ensure it is both strong and durable in order to endure our Japanese Straightening. This analysis is based on the characteristics of your hair personally. This is an extremely important part of our process!

Step 2: Results Expectations - At The Nero Hair Salon, we pride ourselves on providing professional, transparent, and realistic advice and expectations. We will walk you through EXACTLY what you can expect in our work together in addition to continued maintenance. We are happy to answer any and all of your questions! 

Step 3: Pricing - At The Nero Hair Salon we are very transparent with our pricing and will answer any questions you may have in regards to pricing. You will never have any unexpected payments.

Late, Cancel, No-Show Policy

LATE GUEST POLICY

We understand that life happens. If, for any reason, you believe you will be arriving late to your appointment, PLEASE call us!
We work hard to schedule the necessary amount of time needed for each service.
Accommodating late arrivals is sometimes impossible without disrupting other clients scheduled that day.

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that your full service can be performed for you that day if you arrive late. We will determine what portion we can perform; however, you will be charged for the full service scheduled.

In some cases, tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day. Should this be necessary, you will be charged a rescheduling fee of 30%, which payment is required before we can schedule your next reservation.

HOLDING OURSELVES TO THE SAME STANDARD 

We hold ourselves to the same standards we request of you. If we are running more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled visit,  you will receive $25 off your services on that day. 


CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that there may be times when you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation. This time has been set aside expressly for you; if you cannot make your appointment, we require a 72-hour cancellation notice to avoid a fee of 30%.

Cancellation with less than 72-hour notice
are difficult to fill, which is why we have implemented this policy. When last minute notices are given, you are preventing clients from being able to fit into that time slot.

NO-SHOW POLICY

Valuing your time is our top priority, and we request your mutual respect since our team members rely on the income from these services to support themselves and their families. When you have a scheduled appointment and you do not show up, you are automatically marked as a no-show in our system.

If you have a second no-show
, you will be charged a 50% fee for the service you missed, and you will be required to put down a non-refundable 50% deposit towards your next appointment. 

After three no-shows, you will no longer be able to book in advance. If you would like to have a service done, you will need to call that day,  and a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required.
